Louis Amatucci serves as Managing Partner and General Counsel at Lanis Securities, LLC. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering, and three advanced degrees, including a Master of Science (MBA), a Master of Arts, and a Juris Doctor. He is a graduate of Dartmouth College and New York University-Polytechnic Institute, and he was an honored recipient of the Ronald Rosenberg academic scholarship in law school, where he graduated with Dean’s List honors. Mr. Amatucci possesses more than 15 combined years of multi-family brokerage, residential and commercial finance, and construction consulting experience, and has been an active real estate investor and property manager for many years. Prior, he has held senior and executive level management positions at numerous large and respected national and international companies. In addition, Mr. Amatucci has served as general counsel at a large multinational corporation, and, later, as a private practice attorney for a number of years.

Mike Stewart is Regional Vice President of Investment Sales for Lanis Securities. Mr. Stewart has spent 16 years in the financial and business management realm, helping both businesses and individuals realize their financial objectives. For 7 years, Mr. Stewart was the Chief Financial Officer for a privately held firm, where under his financial leadership the company grew from $2 million in sales to $14 million. Before joining Lanis Securities, Mr. Stewart was the Managing Director for a financial planning boutique where he led the organization in client acquisition and investment sales. Prior, he held Officer and Executive positions in the wealth management and private bank divisions for one of the 10 largest banks in the US. Further, through another position, he had international bank experience.

Mr. Stewart is Series 7, 63 and 65 certified, has completed the Certified Financial Planner coursework, and holds the esteemed Certified Estate Advisor designation. Additionally, he has an MBA from American University in Washington, D.C., and a BA in political science from Creighton University in Omaha, NE. He is married with three children, and lives in Chicago’s northwest suburbs where he coaches his sons’ baseball and football teams. Mr. Stewart also serves on the Creighton University Alumni Board and the McHenry Baseball Association.

Adrian Garvin is Inside Sales Manager for Lanis Securities, LLC. Mr. Garvin spent 7 years at Wachovia where he was head of their Central States Customer Care Unit. With combined revenues of $1.5 billion, Mr. Garvin’s team supported 360 Wachovia representatives in this important role. Previously at Wachovia, Mr. Garvin was a Top Producer and President Award winner for outstanding sales achievements, Wachovia’s Gallop Poll customer liaison, and hand-picked to open the inside tele-finance unit for the Central States.

Mr. Garvin received a BS in chemistry from Utah State University. He is married, has 5 children, and is active in his church and community.
